Do I need prior experience to join?

No prior experience is necessary to join our Yoga Trapeze class. Our instructors will guide you through the basics and ensure you feel comfortable.

When should I arrive?

You should arrive about 15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure you get the full hour of yoga.

What should I bring to class?

For class, you should wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. We'll provide the trapeze and any other necessary equipment.

Where is it located?

The classes are located at Gracie United Jiu Jitsu gym in Mandeville, LA.

About the instructor,

Kelli Jeansonne

Kelli is a Certified YogaBody Trapeze Teacher who truly believes in never missing an opportunity to exercise because every activity of daily living is a potential workout. Kelli has a Bachelor’s Degree from LSU and a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. She is a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant and is licensed by the Louisiana Physical Therapy Board. Additionally, Kelli is a Certified LSVT BIG Parkinson’s Therapist, who also teaches Boxing for Geriatric/Parkinson’s Clients. Kelli’s an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer with many Group Exercise Certifications, such as Silver Sneakers (Classic, Yoga, Foundations, EnerChi, & Boom Move). Other certifications include: Les Mills Body Pump, Pilates, Senior Fit Express, Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, & Aquatics. Kelli is a very skilled, educated fitness instructor, who is passionate about exercise. She trains individual clients and small groups using traditional to very specialized training methods.
